Got to love a restaurant with a two headed calf in its collection of southwest artifacts. We have been hearing about the
Adobe Deli in Deming for the last several days. Last night we had a chance to dine there with good friends and Deming residents Gerrard and Amy Rottiers. Without them we would not have found this incredibly isolated restaurant. Being isolated out in the desert with any signs might be part of the marketing plan. Not sure about that, but the place has an authentic wild west character and serves up a tasty New York strip, and sizable hot dogs.
